My guides aren’t just here to lead — they’re here to walk beside you. All of my guides have thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, and each of them brings a unique story, years of trail experience, and a deep passion for helping others discover the magic of long-distance hiking.
They’re here to share their hard-earned knowledge, encouragement, and trail-tested tips so you can feel confident, prepared, and supported every step of the way.
All of my guides are also Wilderness First Aid Certified, so don’t worry: you’re in good hands.
Hey guys! I’m Katie and I’m from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania! I graduated university in 2024 with a degree in Psychology and Spanish, and I immediately hiked the PCT after graduation! Now I travel full-time and lead group trips around the world, though my favorite endeavour thus far has been this one, Triple Crown Treks, as my heart is happiest in the mountains in good company. I’m so excited that you’re here!

What’s up! My name’s Owen and I’m from Seattle Washington. A year after graduating college in 2023 I hiked the pacific crest trail, where I met Katie. Backpacking has led me to some of the best experiences of my life which I talk about often. On occasion it also leads me to some of the worst experiences, but I don’t talk about those as much. I’ve spent a lot of time outside and encountered some miserable storms as well as many beautiful days. But no matter the weather, if you’re hiking with me know that it’s going to be a great adventure.

Trekking Guide
Growing up in the shadow of Mount Adams and less than an hour away from the iconic Pacific Crest Trail, I’ve spent my life surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest. From a young age, I developed a deep love for backpacking and mountaineering, exploring the wilderness around Mount Rainier, Mount Adams, and Mount Hood.
With over 4,000 miles of hiking under my boots, I’ve traversed trails across the U.S. and beyond, including the Portuguese way Camino and much of the Camino de Frances. Whether it’s a weekend hike with my dogs or a multi-week trek, I’m always looking for the next adventure.
I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge of the PCT with others, helping you experience the wonders of the trail, the joy of the journey, and the deep connection to nature that it brings. Let’s get out there and explore together!

Hi! My name is Emma! I grew up in Washington and am now based in Bend, Oregon, where the mountains, desert, and alpine trails truly feel like my backyard. Spending my days exploring these landscapes has shaped how I move through the outdoors and who I am as a human being.
My experience includes hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in 2024, the Camino de Santiago, France’s GR54, and the Tour du Mont Blanc.
I’m passionate about helping others experience the magic of the PCT the way I did. I want everyone to feel confident, capable, and deeply connected to the trail.

Hello!! My name is Caroline, and I hiked the PCT in 2025. Growing up, I spent summers in the mountains of Norcal not far from trail, so the PCT was always a childhood dream of mine. A year after high school I set out from the Mexico border, and it did not disappoint. I love everything about this trail and trail life in general – the connection to nature, the space to let your mind wander, the exhilaration of pushing past previous limits, the way little things become absolutely luxurious, the endless amounts of type 2 fun, the seemingly random combinations of people that end up at the dinner circle every night. All of these things just add to the sense of adventure the trail brings, and I hope to bring that to you too! So let’s go hiking! I’m so excited to introduce you to PCT life and all that comes with it!

Hello friends! My name is Miranda. I hiked the PCT in 2024 with Katie, and the trail truly changed my life. Learning to manage the unpredictability of the outdoors made me more resilient and confident, while the incredible natural beauty helped me reflect on my place in the world. Most of all, the trail sparked my sense of adventure.
Now, you’ll always find me plotting my next outdoor trip—whether it’s biking from SF to LA or kayaking-camping around Lake Tahoe. As Gandalf the Gray says, “The world is not in your books and maps. It is out there.” I can’t wait to explore it with you!
