We're always building our guide bench for future seasons. If you've thru-hiked and think you've got the experience, leadership, and passion to help others fall in love with backpacking, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements

These two requirements help ensure every guide has substantial firsthand long-distance trail experience and the wilderness medical preparation necessary to support TCT hikers.

  • Have completed all or most of the Pacific Crest Trail
  • Hold a current Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification or higher
