Designed for a moderate baseline of fitness. A mid-trek food resupply means you won't carry your full trip's food from day one — a more forgiving introduction to trail life.
Requires a stronger baseline of fitness than our Beginner trek — more sustained mileage, higher elevation, and no mid-trek resupply, so you'll carry more food weight from the start.
